The 2011 Southland Conference Football Media Day will take place Wednesday at the L'Auberge du Lac Casino Resort in Lake Charles, La.

The league's preseason polls and all-conference teams will be announced Wednesday morning, with the day's program to begin at 8 a.m.

Live interviews with head coaches and representatives of each team will follow, beginning with UCA head coach Clint Conque at 9:30 a.m., with senior quarterback Nathan Dick and senior linebacker Frank Newsome to follow.

The event will be streamed live on the Southland Conference website.
