LITTLE ROCK, Ark. _ University of Central Arkansas sophomore Julien Jeandree finished third Saturday at the Little Rock Invitational, while junior Brigette Caruthers finished ninth on the women's side at Rebsamen Golf Course.
Jeandree ran a 24:39.1 over the 8K course, while freshman Markus Schweikert finished fifth in a time of 24:47.7. Sophomore Preston Borg was sixth (24:49.8), followed by senior Albert Maeder in eighth (24:53.5), junior Grant Williams in ninth (24:53.8) and senior Josh Quiroga in 10th (24:57.6).
For the UCA women, Caruthers ran a 17:43.3 over the 5K course. Freshman Taylor Dunn finished 14th in a time of 18:14.4, followed by freshman Sara Shaw in 18th (18:22.9), sophomore Abigail Topham in 20th (18:23.8) and junior Hannah Holstein in 25th (18:54.7).
