Preseason All-Southland Conference First Team selection....Preseason The Sports Network All-American Second Team…enters final season with 11 career sacks, needing five more to crack school’s career top 10…has 81 career tackles and 20 tackles for loss.

2009: Started in all 12 games, earned All-Southland Conference Second Team honors after finishing fourth in the league with 6.5 sacks and sixth with 11.5 tackles for loss while recording two fumble recoveries…had 47 tackles, including career high seven against Glenville State on Sept. 26…had six tackles at Western Kentucky on Sept. 19 in school’s first-ever win over FBS opponent…recorded two sacks in each of the GSU and WKU games…recorded one pass breakup against GSU.

2008: Appeared in all 12 games, recording 18 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks (tied for third on team), one forced fumble and two fumble recoveries...had season-best three tackles against Southeastern Louisiana ... had two sacks for a loss of 16 yards against Arkansas-Pine Bluff.

2007: Played in 10 games, totaling 16 tackles with one sack, four tackles for loss, an interception and a pass deflection...had season-high six tackles and an interception returned for 17 yards at Missouri State, and recorded a pair of solo tackles against Tennessee-Martin and Stephen F. Austin..had half-sacks in wins over Sam Houston State and SFA.

High School: Rated 4-star recruit by Max Emfinger and named to the Oklahoma Fab 40...participated in 2006 Max Emfinger All-American Game...two-time All-Metro DE/WR at Bartlesville High School...in 2006, recorded 47 tackles with six sacks and also had 25 receptions for 292 yards and three touchdowns...lettered four years in basketball.
