UCA Fans' Code of Conduct
Our fans are widely known for their enthusiasm, team support, hospitality and sportsmanship. Our image is shaped not only by our student athletes, coaches, students and faculty but by our fans as well. Our goal is to create a first-class environment to lend support to our team while maintaining a safe and fun atmosphere for visiting fans as well.
TICKET OFFICE INFORMATON
The UCA Athletic Ticket Office offers tickets to 4 NCAA Division I intercollegiate athletic events hosted by the Bears and Sugar Bears, including: Football, Men's and Women's Basketball and Baseball.
During Football season to make your order, or speak to a representative, in person, stop by the Athletic Ticket Office located in Stadium on the northwest side of Estes Stadium.
Regular ticket office hours are Monday - Friday: 12:00-4:00 PM. Day-of-game tickets may be purchased at all ticketed UCA athletic venues up to 1.5 hours before basketball and baseball games and at Football games 3 hours before each game time.
Children: Children 3 years old or younger are allowed complimentary admission into all UCA Sanctioned ticketed events. For purposes of ticket sales a child or student is considered someone between the ages of 4-16. A senior citizen is considered someone 60 years of age or older.
Open Container Law: It is prohibited to consume or possess any alcoholic beverage in an open container on any public street, sidewalk, public parking facility or private property when the owner has not given consent to consume alcohol or have an open container on the property. The law includes consuming or possessing alcoholic beverages in or around Estes Stadium.
Payment: The UCA ticket office can take payment in cash, debit card, check or any major Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover). We will not accept checks on game day unless that check is payment for a season package.
Handicapped/Easy Access: We have a limited amount of Handicapped seating, which is mostly done on a first come, first served basis. Handicapped seating is reserved for individuals, who cannot traverse stairs or who are in wheelchairs and a guest. Please be courteous and remember fans who are in wheel chairs or unable to walk have priority in the Handicapped sections.
Student: Current UCA Students are allowed complimentary admission for to each UCA sanctioned ticketed event with their current UCA student identification. UCA students are able to purchase (1) guest ticket per student ID to each home game.
Faculty/Staff: Members of UCA's Faculty/Staff are allotted one ticket to each UCA Sanctioned ticketed event for each member of their immediate family. Faculty/Staff tickets can be picked up ahead of time or at the game before each game. The preferred method of deliver for Faculty/Staff tickets is through Email. If you have issues printing tickets please contact us and we will walk you through the process. To pick up tickets at the game you will need to present your UCA Identification. To order tickets you will need an active UCA Email address.
Prohibited Behavior: Rowdy, threatening, or inconsiderate behavior such as standing in the aisles, portals or concourses, profane and abusive language, smoking, fighting, and drunkenness will not be tolerated and can result in ejection, arrest and/or loss of season ticket privilege. Throwing any objects in the stands, including paper and plastic cups is also prohibited. Should you observe any of this disruptive behavior, please notify the nearest usher or law enforcement officer. Standing on seats/bleachers is strictly prohibited.
Tobacco Policy: The University of Central Arkansas is a Tobacco Free Campus. This policy is in effect at all University Athletic facilities, including Estes Stadium. We request and appreciate your adherence and compliance with this University policy. Game Day Staff will be monitoring for those in violation and request such action be ceased. Violators are subject to ejection.
Prohibited items: The following items are prohibited in each UCA Athletic Facility:
Artificial Noisemakers
Umbrellas
Strollers
Outside food or drink (unless medically necessary)
Weapons of any kind
Chairbacks larger than a single seat. (16 inches)
Alcoholic Beverages of any kind
Large Cameras with a detachable lens longer than 6 inches
Video or Camera cases
Back packs or large carry bags
Any other item not listed but deemed hazardous by game management personnel will not be allowed
Law enforcement officials have the right to inspect any item at any time for the purpose of spectator safety.
Prohibited items must be returned to vehicles or disposed of before entering the stadium. There are no provisions to check items at the gates.

2) Stop by the Estes Stadium Ticket Office (during football season) to place your order in person.
3) Place your order online.
4) Email us at athletictickets@uca.edu with contact information and what you are interested in.
