Monday - Friday 12:00PM - 4:00PM
(Excluding days the university is closed) 

Game day Ticket Office hours:
Football: 3 hours prior to kickoff
Basketball: 1 hour prior to tip
Baseball: 1 hour prior to first pitch

How to Order Tickets
Online: Fans may order tickets online by clicking here (online fees may apply). 
Telephone: Fans may order by phone by calling 501-852-2234 or 501-852-0972. The ticket office only accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card & American Express. If ticket order is placed within 7 business days of event, all tickets will be held in Will Call.
Walk-up: Fans may purchase tickets at the UCA Ticket Office at the northwest side of Estes Stadium (closest to Bruce St.) during office hours.

Refunds, Exchanges, Cancelations, or Lost Tickets
There are no refunds, exchanges or cancelations on tickets ordered through the University of Central Arkansas Athletics Ticket Office. The University of Central Arkansas is not responsible for lost or stolen individual game tickets and will not replace these tickets. Please keep your tickets in a secure area. Tickets may not be returned for a refund at any time.

Student: Current UCA Students are allowed one (1) complimentary admission to each UCA sanctioned ticketed event with their current UCA student identification. UCA students are able to purchase one (1) guest ticket per student ID to each ticketed home event.

For UCA Football games, students are allowed to enter on either side of Estes stadium. ALL students must sit in a General Admission seating area. If parents come to a UCA football game and purchase a reserved area ticket, a student must have a reserved area ticket as well.

Band Parents
Band parent members will be allowed to purchase a discounted general admission ticket for all home football events. Band Parents will have until the day before the home game to purchase tickets. Ticket prices will return to the regular general admission price on game day.

Will Call
For all orders placed within 7 business days of event, tickets will be held in Will Call. Tickets must be left under the name of the person who will pick up the tickets. To pick up tickets at Will Call, all fans must present a valid picture ID. If there is a need to change the Will Call name, the original customer must contact the ticket office prior to game day.

Player Will Call
For UCA and Visitor Player Will Call locations, all guests receiving a ticket from the Player Will Call list must present a valid picture ID. (Consideration is given to those 16 years and younger).

Accessible Seating
All accessible seating is restricted to assist those with disabilities and will be available on a first come, first served basis. For any questions regarding accessible seating, please contact the Central Arkansas Athletics Ticket Office at (501) 852-2234.
